Currently We Are Hiring:
Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator
Pelvic Pride Physical Therapy & Wellness is a growing specialty pelvic health practice looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, open-minded, and inclusive Patient Care Coordinator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a hybrid role: approximately 50% patient care coordination and 50% marketing/community outreach.

Patient Care Coordination
- Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out.
- Schedule new and returning patients by phone, email, and in person.
- Collect payments and explain financial policies.
- Ensure patient paperwork and information are complete and accurate.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Assist with general clinic organization, supplies, and non-clinical patient care tasks as needed.
- Learn about pelvic health and the services provided at Pelvic Pride.
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Manage referral source outreach and follow-up.
- Write and send thank-you cards and other relationship-building communications.
- Create and organize marketing baskets and promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing material drop-offs to local community partners.
- Assist with workshops, events, and other community outreach efforts.
- Assist with drafting social media posts based on marketing calendar.
- Help identify new opportunities to grow Pelvic Pride's presence in the Baltimore community.
- Represent Pelvic Pride professionally and enthusiastically in the community.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Respectful and inclusive of individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, and backgrounds.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with patients and professionals.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and willing to learn new systems. EMR experience is a plus.
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable representing the practice in the community.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- Flexibility to work at both Baltimore locations and provide front desk coverage when other Patient Care Coordinators are out of the office, including during vacations.
- Previous healthcare, administrative, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Pelvic Floor Therapist
Pelvic Pride is a growing pelvic floor therapy clinic dedicated to helping patients reclaim comfort, confidence, and control in their bodies. We’re seeking a skilled, compassionate, and enthusiastic Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across the gender spectrum for a variety of pelvic floor concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing education
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress
- Contribute to the clinic culture through mentorship, collaboration, and support
