Pregnancy & Postpartum Care
No matter if you are currently pregnant, just delivered or had your babies years ago, you can benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy. We can help with any pain or pelvic floor symptoms (such as leaking pee, scar tissue pain, or pelvic prolapse) that you may be experiencing during pregnancy or after delivery.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
We work with people of all genders using a whole body approach to find the source of your pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether it's pelvic or abdominal pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, we are the clinical experts of the pelvic floor with advanced training to help you overcome even the most challenging pelvic floor issues.
Gender Affirming Care
Are you struggling after having gender affirming surgery? We are here to help with your recovery from many gender affirming surgeries including guiding you through your dilator protocol and troubleshooting the things that may be getting in the way of your success in recovery.
Dry Needling
Do you have a stubborn trigger point or tight muscle causing pain that will not go away? Give Dry Needling a try.
Dry needling utilizes a thin needle to release trigger points and decrease tension in the muscle. As a result you will experience decreased pain and improved muscle function.
Baby & Me Therapy
Are you tired of driving all over town for therapy appointments? Decrease your commute time by receiving care for yourself & baby at the same location! Our clinical experts can help you with your pelvic floor concerns & treat your infant for plagiocephaly, torticollis, & gross motor skills development. With back to back appointments in one location, it's an easy choice!
Neuro-Pelvic Program
Are you currently dealing with a neurological condition such as a brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc? Have you been diagnosed with neurogenic bowel or bladder? Or maybe you are learning to navigate intimacy within the limitations of your neurologic disorder. Our neuropelvic floor expert may be exactly what you need to figure out what's possible.
